Don MacKenzie couldn't resist when he spotted a 17-pound lobster at a Connecticut restaurant. This special crustacean, known as Lucky Larry, had lived through an estimated 80 to 100 years of history. Instead of consuming him, MacKenzie believed that a lobster with such impressive longevity--having witnessed events like World War I and II, the moon landing, and even the Red Sox winning a World Series--should be allowed to continue living. Live long and watch out for those Lobster Traps Larry!
