Since 1972 Cape Ann’s Marina Resort has been family owned and operated focusing on the needs of the traveler, whether by land or sea. With over 265 boat slips, the marina, complete with a 31 room hotel; indoor heated salt-water pool and Jacuzzi; Mile Marker One Restaurant & Bar, event spaces for weddings, meetings & more; and Cape Ann Marine Sales & Service, is here to fulfill all your boating and leisure needs.
Spanning over 7 acres there is lots to enjoy while you are here. Families, fishermen, Wicked Tuna fans and guests are able to enjoy all our waterfront venues. Special spots include our Sunset Deck; picnic and grilling areas, Waterfront Pavilion (tented for special events and occasions), Aqua Room and of course our ever so popular Bridge Deck open seasonally with on-the-water dining, a Rum Shack, raw bar, fire pit and live music. While summer is fun outside, we are open year round. The hotel rooms all have water views and balconies. You can enjoy Mile Marker One at the water’s edge year-round in the new bar lounge and dining room for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as live music and special events.
