Renowned artists Machine Gun Kelly and Jelly Roll have joined forces for their latest single, "Lonely Road." The track puts a fresh spin on the beloved chorus from John Denver's beloved song, "Take Me Home, Country Roads." According to Jelly Roll's recent update, they have been working on this project for two years across eight different studios in four different countries. The result is a music video directed by Sam Cahill that features the two stars along with their partners, Megan Fox and Bunnie Xo. Musically, the track showcases the unique blend of hip-hop and country that both mgk and Jelly Roll have embraced in their previous releases. The chorus borrows the melody from Denver's 1971 classic, but replaces the lyrics with poignant lines like “Lonely road take me home/ To the place where we went wrong,” concluding with "I'm still here/ All alone." Get Those Tickets Now
