The New York Post has reported that the cause of death for Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash's 25-year-old stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, has been determined by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's Office. On July 19, law enforcement found Ms. Knight unresponsive in a private residence during a welfare check and pronounced her deceased at 1500 hours. The coroner performed an examination on July 22 and officially certified the cause of death as suicide resulting from hydrogen sulfide toxicity. Slash had shared news of the tragic loss on July 21, requesting privacy while grieving for his "incredibly talented" stepdaughter. He later wrote a touching tribute to Lucy-Bleu, expressing his heartbreak and finding comfort in knowing she is now at peace.
